Visegrad grant 2022 - 2025

We proudly announce that the VNDREAM Consortium (Project Partners) consists of:

had been awarded a prestigious grant by the International Visegrad Fund for the implementation of the project entitled: "V4 Booster. Joint Degree and Academic Networking in the Post-Pandemic Central Europe "

Project implementation period: 14.10.2022 – 31.08.2025.

The grant provides scholarships for students admitted to the ‘Joint International MA in International Relations: Europe from Visegrad Perspective’ programme in the academic years 2022/23, 2023/24, and 2024/25.

Scholarships are awarded for the whole duration of the 2-year programme* and cover the following:

  • tuition fee

  • mobility costs in the amount of  2 300 EUR per semester. 

*For the students applying in the 2024/25 academic year scholarship covers the cost of the first year of studies (2024/2025) as well as mobility costs of 2300 EUR per semester. Successful applicants will also have the opportunity to apply directly to the Visegrad Fund to cover the costs of their second year of studies (2025/26).

Eligible to get funded are students who are nationals of the following countries: 

Visegrad Group (Czechia, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia)

and

EU Eastern Partnership and Western Balkans (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, Ukraine, Northern Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo).

Scholarships are awarded to the best-ranked students enrolled on the programme in the respective academic year.

The selection criterion for scholarship award is the best record obtained during the admission procedure conducted jointly by all Partner Universities for the respective group in the cohort.

In the academic year of 2024/25 up to 10 scholarships will be awarded for the first year of the study programme. 

Eligible to apply for scholarships are the students holding the citizenship of:     

a) one of the Visegrad Group countries  

b) one of the EU Eastern Partnership and Western Balkans countries 

Scholarship amount: 

Scholarships are awarded for the first year of the  programme and cover the following: 

  • tuition fee 

  • mobility costs in the amount of 2 300 EUR per semester.  

Successful applicants will also have the opportunity to apply directly to the Visegrad Fund to cover the costs of their second year of studies (2025/26).

Call for scholarships for the academic year 2023/24:

The IVF Grant 22220040 Scholarship Selection Committee approved in its session on 14 September 2023 three (3) applications for funding for the study period starting from 2023/24.

Respective candidates will be notified about the scholarship award by e-mail individually.

  1. The results of the competition call will be announced via the website by 15.09.2023.  Selected students will also be informed via e-mail. 

  1. Students who have been awarded a scholarship shall sign 'Scholarship Agreements' by 20.09.2023.

Scholarship award notification

Additional call for scholarhips for the academic year 2022/23:

We are happy to inform that The IVF Grant 22220040 Scholarship Selection Committee approved one (1) more application for funding for the study period starting form 2022/23.

Respective candidates will be notified about scholarship award by e-mail individually.

 

 

In the academic year of 2022/23 we are happy to offer additional four (4) scholarships for the duration of the study programme.

Eligibility:

a) one of the Visegrad Group countries  

b) one of the EU Eastern Partnership and Western Balkans countries 

Scholarship amount:

Scholarships are awarded for the whole duration of the study programme and cover the following:

  • 1,500 EUR per semester to cover the tuition fee

    4,600 EUR per year of study for mobility costs

2. The evaluation of applications by the Competition Committee is concluded by 29.09.2022. Scholarship
will be granted upon result obtained in the application process as reflected in the ranking list.

The IVF Grant 21920051 Scholarship Selection Committee approved on its session on 23 June 2021 one (1) application for funding for the three semesters of studies starting form 2021/22 to a citizen of the EU Eastern Partnership and Western Balkans

Respective candidate will be notified about scholarship award by e-mail individually.

 

 

In the academic year of 2021/22 4 scholarships will be awarded for the duration of the study programme.

Eligibility:  

3 scholarships will be granted to citizens of Visegrad Group countries (i.e. Poland, Hungary, Slovakia or the Czech Republic)

1 scholarship will be granted to a citizen of one of the following countries: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, Ukraine, Northern Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo

Scholarship amount:

Scholarships are awarded for the whole duration of the 2-years programme and cover the following:

  • tuition fee
  • mobility costs in the amount of  2 300 EUR per semester. 

Application timeline: 

  1. Submit your application by 17 June 2021 (Applicants for the scholarship must also submit application for the programme at on-line OAS system (1st admission round: deadline 7 April 2021; 2nd admission round: deadline 14 June 2021)).

Eligibility:

citizens of Visegrad Group countries (i.e. Poland, Hungary, Slovakia or the Czech Republic)

and

citizen of one of the following countries: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, Ukraine, Northern Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo
